This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which UAD Life 365 offers refunds for consultations, training programs and products. By making a payment, you agree to the conditions below.
1. Consultations & Advisory Sessions
- Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are eligible for rescheduling only.
- Once a consultation has been delivered, fees are non-refundable.
2. Training Programs & Courses
- A full refund (less any payment-gateway charges) is available if cancellation is requested before course commencement.
- After a course has started, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis up to the first 15% of the program; thereafter fees are non-refundable.
- Certification and examination fees, once issued, are non-refundable.
3. Products & Merchandise
- Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
- Digital products, downloadable content and personalised items are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@uadlife365.com with your name, order/booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India.
All transactions, operations, and advisory frameworks are strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
